Missouri publishes new airport directory

Monday, April 26, 2010 | 10:29 a.m. CDT

JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri Department of Transportation has completed a new guide to all public airports in the state.

The 2010-11 directory includes an aerial photograph of each airport as well as information important to pilots, including length of runways and availability of fuel. There's also information for travelers, such as food options at each airport.

MoDOT used aviation fuel taxes to pay for the printing. Free copies can be ordered by calling the department's customer service center at 888-275-6636.
