Zachary Tucker and Sean Fitzgerald, the two students who were arrested on suspicion of scattering cotton balls in front of MU's Black Culture Center, pleaded guilty to littering Thursday morning. They will serve two years unsupervised probation and 80 hours of community service, and their drivers licenses have been suspended for 60 days.
