COLUMBIA — Columbia will host a dual groundbreaking and ribbon-cutting ceremony for three different road projects at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday. The three projects include: Mexico Gravel Road extension, Vandiver Drive extension and Upper Hinkson Creek sewer project.
