Students in the MU College of Engineering and College of Education celebrated graduation on Friday evening.

MU students, their families and friends gathered Friday evening for the commencement ceremonies at the College of Engineering and the College of Education.

University of Missouri System president addressed the audience at the College of Engineering ceremony in the Jesse Hall Auditorium.

Columbia Public Schools Superintendent Chris Belcher was the keynote speaker at the College of Education service at Mizzou Arena.

Graduation ceremonies continue Saturday across the MU campus. The Honors College commencement at 9 a.m. was moved to Mizzou Arena because of the threat of heavy rain.
