COLUMBIA - The Missouri softball team earned one of 16 No. 1 seeds and the No. 9 seed overall in the NCAA Regional, which will be played in Columbia for the second straight season.
Joining the Tigers are Illinois, DePaul and Creighton.
Action gets underway on Friday and will run through the NCAA Regional Championship game on Sunday.
