Missouri softball will host Super Regional

COLUMBIA - For the first time in the history of the program, the Missouri softball team will play host to the NCAA Super Regional round. The No. 9 seed Tigers play the University of Oregon in a best-of-three series, starting with game one at 1:30 p.m. Saturday.
Game two will take place at noon on Sunday, with the third game starting immediately after if necessary.
The Tigers advance to the Super Regional for the third consecutive season after winning the Columbia Regional on Sunday with a 4-2 win over Illinois.
