Crews end search of deadly Kansas City building collapse

KANSAS CITY — Kansas City officials have identified a man who died when a building collapsed as 69-year-old William McNealy.

Police said McNealy died Tuesday as he walked outside the two-story midtown building, which crumbled without warning.

Witnesses said McNealy was buried in debris.

Further information about McNealy was not immediately available. An investigation into the cause of the building's collapse continues.
