ST. LOUIS — A Flag Day ceremony in St. Louis has welcomed about six dozen new citizens.

The mass naturalization service for about 75 new citizens was Monday in the rotunda of the Old Courthouse in downtown St. Louis.

The historic building was decked out in patriotic 19th century decorations, including a 33-star Garrison Flag suspended from the fifth-level balcony.
