COLUMBIA — Construction began Tuesday on the disabled access ramp to Columbia City Hall’s Eighth Street and Broadway plaza entrance.

During the work, the only access to the building for people with disabilities is on the north side of the Daniel Boone Building, according to a city news release. The Eighth Street and Broadway plaza entrance is set to have access restored for people with disabilities by Monday.
