Sunday, July 25, 2010 | 9:08 p.m. CDT
Because of a senior prank, Derek Freeman, a 100-meter sprinter from Salem, was not allowed to run in his high school districts meet at the end of his senior year. The Show-Me State Games gave him a chance to redeem himself for his missed opportunity. To support Derek in his running, his father Mark decided to run in the games too.
