ST. LOUIS — More than 16,000 women from around the world are anticipated next week in St. Louis for Joyce Meyer Ministries' 28th annual women's convention.

The convention runs Thursday, Sept. 16, through Saturday, Sept. 18, at the Edward Jones Dome.

This year's gathering bears a new name, the "Love Life" convention. Organizers say the goal is to help women improve their lives, pursue their dreams and live up to their potential.

Joyce Meyer Ministries is based in suburban St. Louis.
