ST. LOUIS — Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani is to be in St. Louis to help raise money for Roy Blunt's senatorial campaign.

Giuliani, who was a Republican presidential candidate last election cycle, also is to meet with volunteers Friday for a phone bank at Blunt's campaign headquarters.

Blunt, a congressman from southwest Missouri, is running against Democratic Secretary of State Robin Carnahan in the Nov. 2 elections. They are seeking to replace retiring Republican Sen. Kit Bond.
