COLUMBIA – Kelsi Poe, the 19-year-old woman who fell from a stairwell at Quinton's Bar and Deli, was released from University Hospital on Thursday, according to a house manager who confirmed Poe was no longer on the patient registry.

Poe had been in the hospital since Sept. 4 after sustaining head, neck and face injuries.

Poe's attorney, Ron Netemeyer, filed a temporary restraining order against both Quinton's and Harpo's that was extended to end on Oct. 8, when a hearing about a request for a permanent injunction will take place.
