MU soccer loses to No. 8 Oklahoma State

COLUMBIA -- Missouri fell 3-1 to No. 8 Oklahoma State at Walton Stadium, dropping to 3-5-2 overall and 1-1 in Big 12 play.

The tigers had five shots stopped by Cowgirl sophomore goalkeeper Adrianna Franch, the Big 12 leader in goals against average (0.37) and save percentage (.909) heading into the game.

Missouri scored its goal in the 11th minute with senior midfielder Krista Kruse slamming it past Franch in front of the net.

The Tigers return to Walton Stadium to take on Oklahoma Sunday at 1 p.m.
