The Columbia College volleyball team registered another sweep in American Midwest Conference play, defeating McKendree 25-17, 25-15, 25-17 on Wednesday in Lebanon, Ill.

Junior outside hitter Vesna Trivunovic led the Cougars with four service aces, 13 kills and seven digs. Junior outside hitter Serena Jenkins had five kills and 11 digs.

The sweep was the 10th straight for the Cougars, a streak that dates back to Sept. 23 when they swept Missouri Baptist. They have only dropped one game in AMC play in a 3-1 victory over Hannibal-LaGrange on Sept. 20.

The victory improved the Cougars' record to 23-2 overall and 9-0 in the AMC. It broke a 12-game winning streak for McKendree, which falls to 18-6 overall and 5-2 in the AMC.
