Missouri volleyball defeats Baylor in four sets

COLUMBIA — The Missouri volleyball team beat Baylor 25-18, 25-20, 22-25, 25-15 on Saturday at the Hearnes Center.

The win improves the Tigers record to 13-7 overall and 5-5 in Big 12 conference play.

Freshman setter Molly Kreklow led the Tigers with 43 assists, while senior outside hitter Paola Ampudia provided 23 kills.

Senior libero Caitlyn Vann had a strong performance with 31 digs and six assists.

Senior middle hitter Catie Wilson put up a solid hitting percentage for the Tigers, hitting 29.2 percent with 11 kills.

The Tigers will travel to Lincoln, Neb., on Saturday to face the Cornhuskers. Missouri was swept in their first meeting with Nebraska this season in Columbia.
