Columbia College volleyball defeats Hannibal-LaGrange

COLUMBIA — The Columbia College volleyball team swept Hannibal-LaGrange College on Monday night.

The No. 7 ranked Cougars (24-2, 10-0 NAIA) won 25-15, 25-18, 25-22 for their 12th-straight win.

Columbia College’s Vesna Trivunovic had 18 kills, Serena Jenkins had four aces and 16 digs, setter Paula Ferreira had 34 assists and middle hitter Ola Shawky had four blocks.

This weekend, the Cougars will travel to Livonia, Mich., for the Madonna University Invitational. Their first game is 3 p.m. Friday against Nebraska's Bellevue University.
