When is a victory defined as a loss? One loses in victory when decency, common sense and honest performance of duty is thrown away to publicly prove a position of power. The City Council (less two dissenting votes) passed a development request on the corner of Bourn and West Broadway this Monday, October 18. Shame belongs to the assenting voters, for they did not choose the honorable path.
