Thursday, October 21, 2010 | 10:11 a.m. CDT; updated 8:26 a.m. CDT, Friday, October 22, 2010

COLUMBIA — ESPN has changed the time for its Friday "GameDay" broadcast. According to a news release from the MU Athletics Department, the broadcast has been rescheduled to 9:20 to 11:45 a.m.

The time was changed to accommodate everyone's travel schedules, Athletics Department spokesman Chad Moller said.

"Friday's schedule was tentative based upon travel schedules of the talent (hosts)," Moller said. "Now it's all set."

The broadcast originally was scheduled to run from noon to 2 p.m. Friday.

The main "GameDay" broadcast, which is scheduled to run  before the Homecoming game Saturday, will air from 8 to 11 a.m., according to the news release. Students and Columbia residents will be allowed to access the Francis Quadrangle starting at 3:30 a.m.

ESPN GameDay Radio will also be broadcasting Friday afternoon and Saturday on Walsworth Plaza, in front of Mizzou Arena, according to the news release.
