STILLWATER, Okla. — The Missouri men's and women's cross-country teams each finished 11th overall at the Big 12 Championships on Saturday at the Oklahoma State Cross Country Course in Stillwater, Okla.

The men, with only five of seven runners competing, finished with 320 points. The women finished with 271 points.

Oklahoma State had the top four finishers in the men's team championship to cruise to victory with 19 points. Texas Tech won the women's team title.

Missouri sophomore Bailey Belvis led the MU women with a 31st place finish in the 6K. Sophomore Max Storms finished 39th in the 8K for the men.

Senior Kinsey Farren also finished strong for the women's team. She placed 43rd overall, her best finish at the Big 12 Championships since her freshman year, when she placed 26th.

The Tigers competed without sophomore Kaitie Vanatta and junior Kevin McKee, two of their top runners from each team.
