COLUMBIA — Andre Stinyard arrived at the Sam's Club on Conley Road at 1 p.m. He has been a volunteer with the Salvation Army as a bell ringer for the past year. For Stinyard, it's just a little thing he can do in order to give back to the community and provide a better holiday season for others.
