Columbia College came back from a four-point deficit in double overtime to defeat Peru (Neb.) State University 87-84 on Saturday. After falling behind early, the Cougars buried back-to-back jumpers and took a one-point lead on a 3-pointer with four seconds left. Kayla Rice then sunk a pair of free throws to extend the lead to three, and Amanda Phillips blocked Peru's best look at a game-tying 3 as the buzzer sounded.
