Missouri plans to resume death penalty on Jan 12

The Jan. 12 execution date for Richard Clay comes after years of uncertainties about the use of lethal injection in Missouri. The move could mean any one of 13 additional men sitting on Missouri’s death row could be executed in the coming months.
