Reward offered for information on missing vehicle

CrimeStoppers is offering a reward for information that leads to the recovery of Zachariah Peterson's missing dark blue 1998 Chevrolet Tahoe with Missouri license plate WF9X5M.

COLUMBIA — CrimeStoppers offered a reward Thursday for information that leads to the recovery of Zachariah Peterson's missing vehicle, according to a Columbia Police Department news release.

Police arrested Peterson on Wednesday on an outstanding warrant and were questioning him in connection to the Tuesday slaying of James Leon Porter.

Peterson's dark blue 1998 Chevrolet Tahoe with Missouri license plate WF9X5M might be damaged and disabled, the release said.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the vehicle was asked to contact CrimeStoppers at 875-8477. The identities of callers are kept anonymous.
