Nixon to announce investment in small business

ST. LOUIS — Gov. Jay Nixon plans stops in St. Louis and Kansas City on Tuesday to announce what his office calls a "major investment" in small-business growth and job creation.

Nixon is scheduled to speak first at the Center for Emerging Technologies in St. Louis. Later in the day, he'll appear at Willco Technologies in Kansas City.
