On late nights at the Missouri state Capitol building, Abram Messer, a lobbyist, plays piano in the marble lobby. His music echoes to the upper galleries and brings out other late-night dwellers who listen. He doesn't play for an audience, however; he plays to relieve stress. It's what he calls therapy.
