MU's Thomas earns more Big 12 softball pitching honors

For the second time this season and fourth time in her career, Missouri's Chelsea Thomas was named the Big 12 Conference Softball Pitcher of the Week.

Thomas went 3-0 in four conference games this week with a 0.66 ERA. She has won 12 consecutive games, improving her record to 12-2. Her overall 0.48 ERA is the best in the country. 

The Tigers (26-2) are set to play next in a doubleheader against Northern Texas (14-17) starting at 4 p.m. Wednesday in Denton, Texas.
