Hallsville man, 19, arrested on suspicion of incest, rape

COLUMBIA — A 19-year-old Hallsville man was arrested Saturday on suspicion of several charges, including rape and incest.

According to a news release, Centralia Police arrested Kyle Edward Robb of 10001 Van Court Road in Hallsville on suspicion of:

  • Second-degree child molestation.
  • Incest.
  • Forcible rape.
  • Forcible sodomy.
  • Visible intoxication of a minor.

Police responded to a 911 call in the 100 block of West Lakeview Street in Centralia, where police said Robb was arrested without incident.

The Centralia Police Department declined to release further information, including the victim's age, because the investigation is ongoing.

Robb was being held in the Boone County Jail without bond as of 1 p.m. Sunday.

makes me wonder where all that hate was coming from? Wonder what life was like for him. Not that it would excuse anything, God knows. I pray for peace for all! There is a certain amount of Karma in our world.
