Missouri baseball team wins series at Kansas State

The Missouri baseball team beat Kansas State 12-8 Sunday afternoon to win the three-game series in Manhattan, Kan.
The win gives the Tigers three straight Big 12 Conference series victories. Dusty Ross (3-4) earned the win for the Tigers (21-27, 8-12 Big 12), and Phil McCormick got the save — his sixth of the season.
Conner Mach, Blake Brown and Jonah Schmidt each hit home runs for Missouri. Mach went 2-for-6 with three RBIs and a run scored, and Schmidt went 2-for-4 with one RBI and three runs scored. Brown went 2-for-4 with three RBIs and three runs scored, and shortstop Jesse Santo went 2-for-4 with a run scored.
Missouri is set to host Texas Tech next weekend in its final home series of the season.
