A group from the University of Missouri custodial and special services levels a stage in preparation for this weekend's commencement ceremonies on Thursday afternoon in front of Jesse Hall on the Francis Quadrangle. The May 2011 Honors Convocation will be held Saturday morning on the quad as long as the weather stays dry.
Graduation tassels lie organized by color on Thursday afternoon in the MU Bookstore. The colors symbolize the different schools University of Missouri students will graduate from during commencement ceremonies this weekend.
