Police search for man in connection with robbery at Boone County National Bank

A surveillance photo provided by the Columbia Police Department shows a man at the Paris Road branch of Boone County National Bank on Friday. Police said the man demanded money and left. No one was injured during the robbery.

COLUMBIA — The Columbia Police Department is looking for a man who robbed Boone County National Bank Friday afternoon, police spokeswoman Latisha Stroer said.

Police responded at 12:36 p.m. to the bank at 1916 Paris Road after a man entered and demanded money, Stroer said. After leaving the bank, the man headed southbound on Paris Road, she said.

The man did not display a weapon and no one was injured, she said.
