Bay published guitar instruction manuals, "The Orchestral Chord System for Guitar" and "Modern Guitar Method," both of which are still in publication. He will be inducted at 11:30 a.m. June 30.

The St. Louis Walk of Fame is on Delmar Boulevard in the University City Loop.
