COLUMBIA — Get out those books you’ve already read, clothes you’ve outgrown and those appliances gathering dust: The Really, Really Free Market is planned for Sunday.

The market will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday outside the Boone County Courthouse, 705 E. Walnut St. Participants may bring any usable stuff to give away and provide free services, such as playing music, giving massages, haircuts, shoeshines and more, according to the market's Facebook page.

Participants do not need to bring items in order to take them. Anyone is free to take anything, according to the page.

Organizers ask that participants do not leave items, exchange money, barter or solicit for business.

In case of rain, check the Facebook page to see if the event is canceled.
