City, county offices will be closed, buses won't run Monday

COLUMBIA — City and county offices will be closed on Monday for Independence Day.

The Solid Waste Division will not collect trash or recyclable material on Monday, and the landfill will be closed. Columbia buses will not run, and parking meters will not be enforced.

All post offices in Columbia also will be closed.

The Columbia City Council will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday.
