'Best in Breed' contenders wait in the heat

With noses wiggling, rabbits waited in the animal tents Thursday at the Boone County Fair amid water bottles and fans meant to keep them cool in the heat. The rabbits named Best in Breed received trophies and ribbons.

The rabbits deemed Best of Breed at the Boone County Fair will receive ribbons and trophies.
