Conservationists: Birds Point Levee breach hurt animals

SIKESTON — The sudden flood following the Army Corps of Engineers' intentional breach of southeast Missouri's Birds Point levee has taken a toll on farmers and landowners. Conservationists now say plenty of animals have been affected as well.
