Missouri baseball team to host Iowa in exhibition games supporting Joplin

COLUMBIA — The Missouri baseball team will host the Iowa Hawkeyes in a pair of exhibition games to benefit the City of Joplin Little League program following the May 22 tornado.

Tickets will be $5 and all proceeds will go to the Joplin Little League program.

The Tigers will host Iowa on Oct. 8-9 at Taylor Stadium. Saturday's time has not been decided yet, but Sunday's game will begin at 1 p.m.
