COLUMBIA — In anticipation of the rezoning of Columbia Regency Mobile Home Park, Mid-Missouri Legal Services will hold a meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday at The Crossing church to advise tenants of the park about their options.

At the meeting, an attorney will give a presentation on the what legal rights the tenants have and potential legal issues that may occur during the sale of the park, according to a release by Mid-Missouri Legal Services.

According to a previous Columbia Missourian report, park owner Regency of Missouri, Inc., has requested to rezone the property for student housing and sell it to Aspen Heights, which plans to develop the land.

A public hearing on the rezoning will be held by the Planning and Zoning Commission Thursday, Sept. 22.

The Crossing is at 3615 Southland Drive.
