CHERRY HILL: Focus on Health Chiropractic receives award

Friday, September 23, 2011 | 6:51 p.m. CDT

COLUMBIA — Curt and Krista Kippenberger say they have greatly valued their customers since opening Focus on Health Chiropractic, and now they have been recognized for that dedication.

Focus on Health Chiropractic recently received the Five Star Quality Service Award from Integrity Management for outstanding customer service.

In order to qualify for the award, clinics must meet these criteria: punctuality, equipment quality, service quality, patient communication and patient satisfaction.

"We knew the award was out there, so we had strived for it the minute we opened," said Krista Kippenberger, the office manager for Focus on Health. "Receiving that award a year into the practice was phenomenal for our office. It's also motivating for our staff."

Integrity Management particularly noted in its award the How to Stay Young Class offered Thursday nights and the minimal wait time for patients. The chiropractic management company also noted in its award that the clinic provides reports of findings for all of its patients to fully understand their designated treatment plans.

"Service to the community is our top priority," said Curt Kippenberger, doctor at Focus on Health Chiropractic. "By receiving this, it means we are serving the community with the best possible service."

Focus on Health Chiropractic is located at 4200 Merchant St., Suite 101A. The clinic is open Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Tuesdays from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
