Hickman boys cross country takes second in Rolla

COLUMBIA — Consistent results helped the Hickman boys cross country team finish in second place Thursday afternoon at the Rolla Invitational.

Junior Ethan Zars took eighth, followed closely by senior Bobby Hanson in ninth place. Additionally, junior Nate Gutwein placed 14th and sophomore Jacob Line finished 17th.

Sophomore girls Madison May finished ninth and Becca Katz placed 12th to lead the girls team.

The Kewpies are preparing to run at the Laker 5K at Ha Ha Tonka Park next weekend.
