COLUMBIA — Artists, including students enrolled in an art class at MU, took to Ninth Street on Monday to work on their paintings and drawings.

Grant Paris paints outside his apartment on Monday. Paris decided to study pre-med for his undergraduate and left art to be his hobby and a form of therapy.
Sophomore Jessica Bremehr confers with Brooke Cameron about her sketch for her drawing class on Monday. Bremehr worked on details of the traffic signal on the corner or Ninth and Elm Street.
