Flags flown at half-staff Thursday for Ed Robb

COLUMBIA —Flags will be flown at half-staff on Thursday at state and government offices in Boone County as a mark of respect for the death of Ed Robb. 

Robb, who was the presiding county commissioner, died Saturday after collapsing on Walnut Street.

Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday at Parker Funeral Service, 22 N. Tenth St.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Ed Robb Memorial Public Safety Fund, in care of the Bank of Missouri, 3610 Buttonwood Drive.
