Families flocked to Hartsburg this weekend for the Hartsburg Pumpkin Festival, which has been going on for 20 years.

 

Visitors to the Hartsburg Pumpkin Festival explore the many vendors that were present for the festival Sunday. The first festival was held in 1991 and has grown substantially with attendance reaching 50,000 people this year.

Remmington DeGiorgio, almost 2 years old, attempts to pick up a pumpkin at the Pumpkin Festival in Hartsburg on Sunday. This is the 20th anniversary year for the Hartsburg Pumpkin Festival.
Visitors to the Nahler Pumpkin Patch pick pumpkins at the Hartsburg Pumpkin Festival on Sunday. The U-Pick Pumpkin Patch was one of several activities at the festival, along with helicopter rides, corn mazes and pony rides.
