COLUMBIA – Colin Wilson is the first signee for the new Columbia College men's golf program.

Head men’s golf coach John Utley announced the signing of Colin Wilson as a golfer for the Columbia Cougars starting next fall, the team's first season.

Wilson, a senior at Quincy Notre Dame High School in Quincy, Ill., is a two-year letterman in golf and is captain of the team in his senior year.  Wilson was a 2011 Illinois High School State Qualifier in Class 2A and the Quincy Junior City Champion this year.  He also earned all-conference honors as well as placing 11th at the Quincy Men’s City Championship and winning the Tri-State Junior Championship.
