COLUMBIA — The Missouri football team is ranked No. 25 in the latest Bowl Championship Series standings released on Sunday night.

Missouri beat Kansas 24-10 on Saturday to end the regular season with a 7-5 overall record and a 5-4 record in the Big 12 Conference.

Missouri was ranked No. 21 in both the AP and USA Today preseason polls. It fell out of both after the overtime loss to Arizona State in its second game.

LSU (12-0) is No. 1 in the BCS. In the top 10 from the Big 12 are Oklahoma State (No. 3) and Oklahoma (No. 10). Kansas State is No. 11, Baylor in No. 17 and Texas in No. 22.

The BCS standings are made by combining the Harris Interactive Poll, the USA Today poll and the computer-generated rankings.
