Missouri sophomore Lisa Henning was named to the American Volleyball Coaches Association All-Central Region First Team, announced on Tuesday.

She led the Tigers with a school-record 523 kills and tied for a team-high with 33 service aces. Henning is the first Tiger to lead the Big 12 in kills per set with 4.65 and points per set with 5.16.

As for other awards, Henning was named Big 12 Player of the Week twice this past season and was unanimously named to the All-Big 12 First Team.

Missouri lost to No. 17 Florida in the first round of the NCAA Tournament on Dec. 2 to end their season.
