Hickman girls basketball advances to tournament title game

The Hickman girls basketball advanced to the championship game of the McDonald's Tournament with a 51-37 victory over Liberty on Wednesday night at Blue Springs High School. 

Emily Miller led the Kewpies with 19 points. Jordan Matthews scored 10 points, and Cheyanna Weaver added eight. Kimberly Lake had 10 rebounds.

Hickman will play for the tournament title at 5:15 p.m. Saturday against Blue Springs.
