Missouri women's basketball loses to Kansas

COLUMBIA — The Missouri women's basketball team lost their fourth consecutive game on Sunday, falling 72-63 to Kansas in front of 2,553 fans at Mizzou Arena.
Missouri trailed by only two points at halftime, but Kansas mounted a surge early in the second half that gave them a 10-point lead that the Tigers could not overcome.
Missouri, which has had problems with turnovers this season, once again struggled with ball control and turned over the ball 18 times.
BreAnna Brock led the Tigers with 26 points and also had three steals, two blocks and two assists, but Kansas held senior Christine Flores to six points.
Missouri (10-5) is now 0-4 in Big 12 Conference play.
