Columbia College women's basketball wins at Missouri Baptist

The Columbia College women's basketball team defeated Missouri Baptist, 66-46 on Saturday in St. Louis to bounce back from its first conference loss Thursday night. 

Heather English led the Cougars (13-7, 3-1) on Saturday with 17 points. Four Cougars finished in double figures, and Columbia College outrebounded the Spartans by 17.

With the win, the Cougars are 13-7 overall and 3-1 in American Midwest Conference play. The team will travel to Williams Baptist for a game Thursday in Walnut Ridge, Ark.
