Missouri men's basketball Ricardo Ratliffe named Big 12 player of the week

COLUMBIA — Ricardo Ratliffe was named the Big 12 Player of the Week, the conference office announced Monday morning. 

On Saturday, Ratliffe led the Missouri men's basketball team with 27 points in its 89-88 win over Baylor in Waco, Texas. The senior forward also had eight rebounds and shot 78.6 percent.

Against Texas A&M last Monday, Ratliffe was the Tigers' second-leading scorer with 17 points and six rebounds. Ratliffe leads the nation in field-goal percentage, with a season shooting average of 77.1 percent.
